Shipping Policy
Delivery all over Pakistan, with Cash on Delivery.
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery: Rs 200 anywhere in Pakistan.
- FREE delivery on orders of Rs 2,000 or more.
Delivery time
- Made fresh for you (most creams, masks and serums): we start making your order after payment is confirmed. Making takes 2–3 working days.
- Ready stock (such as our cured soaps): dispatched in 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Courier delivery then takes 2–5 working days. Remote areas can take a little longer.
Every product page and the checkout show an estimated delivery date. We work Monday to Saturday.
Payment
Cash on Delivery is available for ready-stock products. Products made to order need online payment first (JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer) — with 5% off for paying online.
Order confirmation
We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your Cash on Delivery order before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we send you the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp.
Refused parcels
Refusing a confirmed Cash on Delivery parcel costs us delivery and return charges. Numbers with repeated refused parcels may be asked to pay delivery charges in advance on future orders.
